White Miso Tahini Dip



White Miso Tahini Dip has a great mix of flavors. The richness of the tahini goes well with the savory umami of the white miso. Adding garlic, lemon juice, and a hint of cumin to this creamy dip gives it more depth.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup white miso
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

White miso, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water, olive oil, honey, and ground cumin should all be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth

Add pepper and salt to taste

Add chopped parsley as a garnish

This can be used as a dip for crackers, pita bread, or your favorite vegetables
