Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup tortilla strips or chips
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
Chop the romaine lettuce and put it in a large salad bowl
