These grilled bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers are the perfect combination of spicy, creamy, and savory flavors. They're easy to make and are sure to be a hit at your next barbecue or gathering. Ingredients:

  • 6 large jalapeno peppers
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Set the grill on medium heat

Separate the jalapeo peppers along their length, then take out the seeds and membranes

Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese shreds together in a bowl

Put some cheese in the middle of each jalapeo half

Use a toothpick to hold each stuffed jalapeno half together with a half slice of bacon

Put the jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon on a grill that has already been heated up

Turn the peppers and bacon every so often for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are crispy and soft

Take it off the grill and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
