  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Season each patty with salt and pepper

Place the bacon slices on the grill and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side

Remove the bacon from the grill and drain on paper towels

Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese

While the burgers are cooking, split the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill until lightly browned

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the burger sauce

To assemble the burgers, spread the burger sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun

Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese

Add a slice of tomato and some sliced onions on top of the burger patty

Finally, stack 2 slices of crispy bacon on top and cover with the top half of the brioche bun

Serve your delicious bacon burgers on brioche buns immediately and enjoy!
