This refreshing and creamy smoothie combines the sweet flavors of ripe peaches with the creaminess of frozen bananas and coconut milk. Perfect for a hot summer day or as a nutritious breakfast option.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Frozen bananas, peaches, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds if using, and maple syrup if using should all be put in a blender
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
Gradually add ice cubes until the consistency you want is reached
Put the mixture into glasses and serve right away
You can add more peach slices or cinnamon on top if you want
