These Mad Creations Cheesy Keto Waffles are a delightful low-carb twist on classic waffles. Packed with cheesy goodness and flavorful spices, they make for a satisfying breakfast or brunch option that fits perfectly into a ketogenic lifestyle.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to heat it up

Put the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring every 30 seconds, until everything is melted and well mixed

Mix the eggs in a different bowl

Pour in the melted cheese and mix it in until it's smooth

This is where you add the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture

Stir until everything is well mixed

Use a non-stick cooking spray on a waffle iron that has already been heated

Spread the batter out evenly on the waffle iron after pouring it on

Put the lid back on and cook for three to five minutes, or until the food is golden and crispy

Carefully take the waffle out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter

Add your favorite keto-friendly toppings while the food is still warm
