No Bun Burger



It's so good that you won't even want a bun! It's a tasty, low-carb alternative that's full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 pickle slices
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • Ketchup and mustard for topping

Instructions:

Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Form the seasoned beef into four patties

Grill or cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your burgers more well-done

In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on a plate, followed by a cooked beef patty with melted cheese, a tomato slice, a pickle slice, and a slice of bacon

Top with ketchup and mustard, if desired
