Juicy Beef Hamburger



This recipe makes hamburgers that are juicy and full of flavor from the spices and Worcestershire sauce. This is a classic recipe that is simple to make and can be changed by adding your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, pickles

Instructions:

Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat to get it ready

Put ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix them all together until they are well mixed

For each patty, take an equal amount of the mixture and split it in half

Put the patties on the grill or in a skillet, and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

On the grill, toast the hamburger buns for one to two minutes, until they get a little brown

Place a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun, and then add any toppings you want

Add the other half of the bun on top, and serve right away
