Greek Salad



This Greek Salad is a great summer salad because it is light and tasty. It has fresh vegetables, salty olives, and creamy feta cheese that have all been mixed together in a tasty dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of diced cucumbers
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of diced red onions
  • 1 cup of Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put the olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and feta cheese in a large bowl

Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a different small bowl using a whisk

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it around so that everything is covered

Before serving, put the Greek salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

On a hot summer day, serve as a salad that is both cool and filling
